WE Design Studio has never known the constraints of a BOX! We felt their was room for a different solution, for textile screen printing prepress and design. With over 30 years experience, in lithography, screen printing, color separation and graphic design.

The experience of building a highly respected screen print facility in Los Angeles. Starting from the ground up, out of a one car garage, expanding to a fully automated facility. Producing some of the finest screen printed 4-color process, simulated process and index as well as agency level design; for some of the most respected companies and organizations in the world.

DTG Printing Service

Consistent Direct to garment printing. The consistency of contract DTG seems to be an issue, even at a trade show! WE Design Studio produces some of the most consistent DTG printing available. Our experience in digital color manipulation and file correction. Allows us to reproduce your design files accurately and consistently thru the run.

We can also convert your color separated files to DTG format, giving more of a screen printed look!

Color Separations

We have been separating since the days of drawing on film. Using a Rapidograph pen for line art and stippling or airbrushing the ink on the film, for tonal values. As well as all that Letraset crap! …and rub on fonts! Then it got a bit better with the Phototypesetter and the stat camera.

Thank the universe for the Mac and Adobe, the rest is history, textile design and separation is insanely cool!!

Film Output Service

If you need separations or already have files you need output to film. We offer a film output service for up to 24″ wide film.

We use the same high quality waterproof film you can orderer on our website. With awesome black density, clarity and very low dye migration.

You can also find templets for Adobe Indesign and Illustrator, to set up your output files. As well as guidelines to help get it all together and get great film …keeping your screen guy one happy camper!

Prepress Supplies

We offer high quality waterproof film in 17 inch X 100 foot rolls for epson inkjet printers. This film has very little dye migration or distortion when stored properly.

Our dye black ink offering a .5 Dmax for a high density black, giving a clean accurate screen exposure.

Clear ink for keeping unused channels wet and preventative measure to avoid head damage, or costly replacement.

Design Service

We design exclusively for what you do, screen printing on fabric. All our artwork is engineered and designed to reproduce beautifully on textile.
